Every project begins with the most important question: Why? Every project should have a strong business case, a plan of implementation, and its expected results. With over 15 years of experience in web and IT technology, every project we work on is given consideration with respect to what technologies should be used to acheive the goal and how best to implement them to save time and costs.

We follow a 4 step process to consult you on every project and plan. While these sound rather generic, the process gives us a guideline on how best to implement your project. After we consult with you, we develop a better and more concrete plan (how deep we go is up to you) catered to your specific goals and needs.

• Identify the Need and/or Market
• Plan the project and its implementation, deciding which products and technologies to use which best serve the goal of the project.
• Develop and Integrate the project into an existing system, or develop a new system to serve the goal.
• Maintain and Improve the project. As time goes by, new technologies, new needs, and new obstacles will arise. As such, we give you possible scenarios and ways to improve or change the system based on new information.

Project by Project

Each project has its unique set of requirements, goals, and obstacles. Obvious goals do not require further investigation, but there are always new requirements, unseen obstacles, and new information. We obviously cannot see all of these obstacles in the beginning phases of a project, but our many years of experience allow us to find an alternative to bypass or elimiate the problem. Whether the obstacle is political, economic, or in the rare case, technical, we suggest appropriate courses of action to give you the most information so you can make an informed decision.
