Our own CMS is not tied to any legacy code and is completely customizable to fit the needs of your organization. The system handles user and group permissions, image management, document management, product management (including ranking and multiple images) and a whole slew of other features.

After looking at available systems over 10 years ago, we decided to build our own system which was not only easy to use, but cost effective to our clients. This gave is the flexibility and most importantly, the ugradability our clients demanded.

Our system is not sold commercially and is designed to fit our clients' most detailed needs. Since we do not have a large base to support, we can modify and add to the system within days of getting a special client request. With closed or even open-source systems, getting a new feature built may take months or years. Typically, we implement a new feature within days.

The ControlCenter is completely browser based using web standards. No plugins, no flash, no Java, and no additional installations are needed. Any standards compliant browser (Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 2+, Google Chrome 3+, Apple Safari 3+, Opera 9+) will allow you to manage your entire system from any computer with an Internet connection.

The ControlCenter is completely flexible and offers these standard features, and has been heavily modified to suit particular systems when required:

• User Management - Users can be added to the system, each user has his/her own profile which does not interfere with others.
• Group Management - Users belong to groups and groups have permissions to access certain areas. Users belong to a group and have the permissions of that group.
• Permissions - Groups can read, add, and edit sections.
• Data Management - Sections are broken into a spreadsheet view of data, which can be sorted, customized, or ranked.
• Rank Data - Ranking data is as simple as dragging and dropping the data in the order you want it to appear in. No cumbersome numbering methods like other systems.
• Customize Data - Simply drag and drop the data you want to see.
• Category/Tree View - View data in a simple tree view, similar to Windows Explorer to see the files on your hard drive. Drag categories in the order and in the way you want. Add and edit data by clicking and making modifications.
• YouTube Video Management - Add videos to YouTube and embed them into your own web site for maximum visibility, allowing desktop, iPhone, and mobile phone device users to access your entire product line and view videos without cumbersome video implementations.
• Meta Tag Management - Modify the meta tags of your site and products for SEO (search engine optimization) options, allowing you to modify your own meta tags (or have your design agency modify them for you). The system keeps track of changes over time to see the effectiveness of your changes.
• Configuration Manager - Activate or deactivate certain areas of your site, set global parameters such as the number of images to show on a home page, whether you want to turn on international support. Simply click a few checkboxes and enter in the values you want.
• Image Management - Upload your own images in GIF, JPG, BMP, or PNG format. The system automatically scales and compresses your uploaded images to give your products or services visual depth. Add captions to any image to give further detail. The system automatically creates thumbnails and allows you to crop your images all in a browser.
