The ControlCenter is Entrinix's own CMS system built from years of client input. Its memory footprint is extremely small for a system as sophisticated as this, making the system fast, reliable, and powerful to manage your site and systems.

Screen Shots

Simply log into the interface using any standards compliant desktop browser. The system currently supports Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 2.0+, Safari 4+, Google Chrome 4+, and Opera 9+.Manage users through a simple interface allowing you to add as many users as you want and classify them according to groups.Manage what sections groups have permissions to. Simply check off the items that users can view, add, edit, or manage images (where applicable). Items that don't have any meaning are not shown.Once permissions are saved, a notice displays to let you know the status of your request.A data view allows you a quick spreadsheet view of your data. Sort by clicking any of the headers. Click on the next/previous buttons to cycle pages or change the records per page to a greater number to see more items on the screen.Click on any item to edit the data. Change the information to what you'd like and click save. The information is now available on the site.Customize your data view by selecting available fields and drag them in the order in which you'd like to see them. Wrap long words to a given set of characters to reduce clutter on the screen.Manage YouTube videos by clicking on a video and modifying the data. Choose the thumbnail, enter any comments, or clicke the Find button to automatically extract all of the data directly from YouTube. No need to re-key in all the data.Manage video parameters by selecting the Parameters tab. Simply check off parameters you want for your site for videos.A drop down menu system allows you to go into various sections of the CMS. Menus can be moved around to any format you wish.Modify data parameters for the site, including contact forms, how the site functions, or toggle items on or off based on your marketing schedule on when to release new items.Different data can be shown in different views. An export data feature allows you to export the data into Excel or CSV formats for offline processing.Choose 25, 50, 100, or all records per page to get a bigger view of your data.Set preferences for your account. Set relative dates, confirmation notices, and view notes. Each login has his/her own set of preferences which does not interfere with the system or anyone else's account.Image preferences allow you to set image parameters including sharpening uploaded images, the size of your thumbnail view, and the quality of the upload.Choose your locale to display the ControlCenter in the language and locale of your choice. We currently have US English, UK English, and French as options.Manage images by clicking on the Choose File button, select your images from your computer, and upload them. The system automatically scales and sizes the images to fit the parameters of your web site. Drag the images in the order you want and click save to rank the images as you would like.Double click any image and you're presented with an image manipulation tool. Crop the image, scale it, or move it around to make thumbnails. Save a caption for the image so your users know what the image is.Rank the data in any order you'd like. Simply click the Rank tab and drag and drop the products in the order you wish them to appear in.View the version history of the ControlCenter and submit your requests for improvements.
